Refund Policy:

Firearms:

All firearms sales are final! Pioneer Gun Works custom firarms have not, are not and will never be subject for customer return and/or refund; period! In the case of "manufacture defect", if you purchased the firearm through Pioneer Gun Works, we will discuss the matter with the customer in regards to the defects, advise a proper and effective solution and facilitate the re-ship of the rifle BACK to the manufacturer for refund or replacement.  

Parts and accessories:

All parts and accessories are subject to return for refund within 30 days of purchase date. Parts MUST be returned to the merchant for total and professional inspection BEFORE refund or replacement for whatever reason (at our discretion only) and in "AS-NEW" conition. If parts have obvious use and degredation such as, but not limited to scratches, dents, dings, gouges, grinding and/or material removal, than customer will be notified and a refund will NOT be offered. All returns for the purpose of refund/replacement will be shipped back to merchant at the customer's expense and a 6% restocking fee will be charged or taken from the final refund amount to the customers account.

If a part is sent back for refund/replacement and has simple "installation" marks i.e. lubricant, fouling, greese, finger marks, smudges etc, those will NOT be subject for refusal of parts and refund/replacement. Please ensure that all parts intended for return are clean and in "AS-NEW" condition BEFORE returning. If in event a part and/or accessoryhas been purchased from the merchant and is defective, customer is advised to contact merchant/Pioneer Gun Works and a full replacement or refund will be offered at merchants expense.
