While manufacturing short stroke kits is a large part of what we do, we also do action jobs on many kinds of cowboy guns. Below you will find the services we offer. If you do not see a service you are looking for, send us an email or call and ask about it. You can find our contact information on the "Contact Us" page.

*Note: We do NOT perform work on the “winchester miroku” rifles anymore, nore do we offer new parts for those rifles!

We do however, have a VERY limited quantity of the firing pin extensions left for those rifles. They are made to the last specs from our personal machinist, and there is NO guarantee that these will perform with the newer model Miroku rifles! They are $42 each, new condition and sold as-is. There will be NO returns on these once they have sold!

All prices below are based on the customer sending their rifle in for work!

*General labor cost: $75/hour

Model 66 & 73 rifles.

Custom, performance action job: $350

*NOTE: If you are sending in a rifle for action work of any kind and your gun is dirty, you will be charged a $75 fee for the rifle to be professionally cleaned. Action work is a precise operation and MUST be performed with a clean rifle which includes all parts, internal frame and barrel.

This is a service that we provide before the action job and ONLY in the event that your rifle is too dirty to be worked on. Charge for this is up to the gunsmith’s discretion so please check and make sure your rifle is clean before sending it unless you simply wish to have it cleaned on-top of the action work!

* Action job includes properly fitting all internal parts, polishing critical surfaces of mating parts, tuning of all stock spring including lifter/lever springs, mainspring and extractor springs, adjusting timing if necessary, assuring that firing pin protrudes the correct amount from the bolt face, de-burring all parts and inside of receiver as needed, installing a new lever safety spring (model 73), setting the trigger pull to a crisp 2 pounds, checking action for smoothness and reliability and finally testing the feeding, extraction and firing.

We can install more parts if you are interested. Please give us a call for options and prices!
